  Best location to get out of your workout, classes, and coaching. Phenomenal team and clean gym. I just wished they were bigger. The other UFC’s can learn from this successful gym and team as far as customer service goes. Stay away from the Waikele location hence their customer service is dog water and the older middle age woman over there has an attitude problem and act’s if you ran over her dog. Highly respectful front desk staff over there, other than that this is the best location as far as UFC goes.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a member of UFC Gym Mililani for years, and I can honestly say it’s more than just a gym—it’s a community. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, you’ll find an environment that pushes you to become your best. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need: free weights, cardio equipment, functional training space, heavy bags, and an excellent martial arts program. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is outstanding, with knowledgeable coaches who genuinely care about helping students improve both on and off the mats. The culture is welcoming, respectful, and family-friendly. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. You can tell they truly care about the members and work hard to create a positive atmosphere. There are classes for all ages and fitness levels, making it a great place for individuals, couples, and families. What keeps me coming back is the people. I’ve built lasting friendships here, improved my health, gained confidence, and become a better version of myself. If you’re looking for a gym that combines world-class fitness, martial arts, and an incredible community, UFC Gym Mililani is the place to be. Highly recommend! 🤙💪🥋

  A little on the expensive side, but that does mean it's not as busy as a lot of gyms, still wouldn't be worth it if not for the fact it's 24hr. Considering it's a paid membership I would have liked to see more specialty equipment, like a tricep pushdown, chest supported t-bar row, more adjustable benches, tbar bendover row system, and various other high quality equipments. This is also coming from the perspective of someone who has always used on post free gyms so its entirely possible my expectations are simply too high as my last gym did spoil me. It is still better than Martinez if simply for the fact I can actually use the equipment without waiting most of the time. I do not utilize any of their additional services, I merely pay for access for my wife and I.

  Great gym. Good prices for what you get. Everyone I've interacted with on the staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended whether you just want a full service gym for staying in shape and recovery options or if you want a low pressure intro to combat sports.
