I came here to address issues with my lower back, and she showed me a number of stretches and exercises that helped me drastically improve my muscular structure and tendon flexibility across my SI joint and pelvis. After a few months of sessions, I was well-equipped to continue treatment on my own, and I still continue to improve to this day, but I would have never known the kinds of movements and areas I needed to target without Joy’s guidance and expertise.

My therapist Rachel is FANTASTIC, she is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, accommodating, and her positive attitude makes PT such a positive experience.
