We are a rooftop, open air yoga studio, retail boutique and plant based cafe overlooking the mountains in Kailua. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga and more.
All adult classes (except aerial) are held outdoors on our lanai!
Kids classes are held on Saturday and Sunday at 9am - at the same time as our adult class so kids and parents can take class at the same time.
