- MMMatthew MahanAug 13, 20265.0I've been a member for a like 9 months... I've only gone a few times because I've been lazy.... Manny Lopez reached out to me with a deal that included all classes and also recovery services That financially made a lot of sense. I've now been going three times a week and I've been seeing great progress. It can be a little crowded but hey it's a Hawaii... Definitely better to go during the off peak times.... But seriously if it wasn't for Manny reaching out with that package, I would have continued to just be paying for a membership I wasn't using. Thanks Manny Lopez!!!

We hadn’t joined a gym in over 15 years, and joining UFC has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our health. We first came to UFC while looking for a personal trainer for our daughter, who had experienced a serious medical event and needed support as she continued her healing journey. We found Coach Philip Woods, and he has been instrumental in her rehabilitation. His expertise is truly unmatched. He is passionate about his work, results-driven and genuinely dedicated to his clients. My daughter has made significant gains in her strength, coordination and most importantly in her overall quality of life. After seeing her progress, I decided to begin training with Coach Philip as well, and I am also seeing incredible results and achieving my goals. The old adage “health is wealth” really is true. We are so grateful to UFC Gym Kailua and especially to Coach Philip for helping our family become stronger and healthier. If you have been on the fence about joining UFC, don’t wait, do it!

Been working out 3 decades in gyms all across two states. This gym is my favorite. The team members ans equipment and cleanliness are what really makes this gym stand out. UFC Kailua is setting the standard.

Compared to other gyms in the area (Planet Fitness, 24HR, MCBH Semper Fit etc) UFC gym Kailua feels like people all working towards their goals. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff/coaches. Friendly folk with a passion for fitness, all of them are genuinely excited to help others achieve their fitness dreams. Special shout out to Manny Lopez, the dude will move mountains to help you achieve your goals and made the membership process crazy simple.
