  I had 2 hip replacements last year and when I got cleared for activities I went to Stretch Lab in Kailua. Paula was very helpful, professional and tailored a stretch program especially for my situation. I'm so glad I went and would recommend Paula for sure! Thank you Stretch Lab and Paula for helping me get back to my active lifestyle!

  StretchLab Kailua was a gift to myself. I started at the end of December and reflecting after three months, I am forever grateful for this team and the progress I have made with their assistance. If you’re even thinking about StretchLab, please just do it! I feel fantastic. The missing piece to my wellness was stretching and mobility. Emily, my “primary” flexologist, is professional, kind, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I also had the pleasure of meeting and stretched with Ana, Kiana, Lana, and Paula. A powerful group of women: knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring. The best part is how it’s a different, but familiar experience with each flexologist. Even on my first day, I never felt like a stranger here. Leilani helped me with my plan, billing, and scheduling. She has a heart for her team and the people. Thank you! I’ll be back and I recommend StretchLab Kailua to anyone and everyone!

  I started out with once a week and am now up to 3x a week by choice. Stretching feels great and both Kiana and Jon are so helpful with making sure I leave feeling my best! Thanks StretchLab.
