- HJHOWARD JONESJun 30, 20261.0We received a flyer in the mail asking if we wanted to participate in a free trial for hearing aids My wife had an appointment 29 of June at 1 PM. We rang up early in the morning and told the appointment was already booked in so we went to the property. The property was locked up the clock in the window, showing back at 3 PM. We waited around for 10 minutes. No one showed up no phone call before or after explaining why they were absent. It makes you wonder how these companies stay in business when they don’t care about customers.
