It's a great gym with comprehensive equipment and loads of good classes. Vibes are excellent and people are friendly. Only downsides are limited toilets for the number of people (only 3 for the men), and they could use an extra pec deck machine and an extra leg press since those tend to be occupied often.

Gym is ok, showers and bathroom are disgusting. Parking is non existent, you will either waste up to 45 minutes for a stall, or go find street parking and end up paying. They make it difficult to cancel your membership to try and squeeze every dollar they can get from you. You have to go in person and before 21 days of the next billing. And when you show up to cancel at the 21-day cut off, they can’t make an exception. Go find a better gym. Don’t pay the ridiculous fees, it’s a good deal if you can go through your insurance, pay $40 through Active and Fit, instead of the $150 a month membership they were trying to sell me. Also lied when I told them I could go through my insurance for cheaper, said it’s not the same membership, when it was. I guess you gotta meet your quota.

I’ve only been a member for a month and have already cancelled my membership. This is the most disgusting gym I’ve ever been to. With the amount of people who go to this gym and the amount they charge for a membership you’d think they’d have enough resources to buy and maintain their equipment. The place consistently smells like mildew/mold, there are water leaks all over the place, the smell lingers and stays with you even after you leave the gym. The locker rooms are scary, even after the cleaning crew “cleans” the bathrooms there is still trash everywhere and the surfaces are not even wiped down. They have a lot of machines but lack attachments for the cable machines and most of the TRX equipment is super worn down and falling apart. The turf area might be the nastiest part, I’d be terrified to see what’s underneath. There is a long list of other complaints, don’t waste your time here. The local ymca or a planet fitness would probably be better than this place.

I train Muay Thai with Coach Andy and it has honestly been life-changing. I have a history of pain and discomfort with exercise related to my hypermobility and for that reason I have never had a great relationship with moving my body, but Andy has been able to work with me as a coach, friend, and knowledgeable resource [for Muay Thai as well as other training such as weight lifting, physical therapy, nutrition, etc.] to help me activate and strengthen areas such as my core to help me do what I want to do with my body, safely. Getting into martial arts can be intimidating, especially as a woman or a person with anxiety (of which I am both) and he makes it so much more approachable and way less stress. More so, learning Muay Thai with him has not only made me feel more capable in the octagon and the gym but also in general - devotion to this practice is making me more intentional, confident, and capable in all facets of my life. He is so willing to work with you and adjust training based on what version of yourself you’re able to bring to the gym that day (tired, overwhelmed, excited and energetic, sensitive, etc.) and gets me so excited about how strong I’m getting and my progress thus far. Additionally, he is very professional while still keeping it casual and fun. Definitely cannot recommend him enough!
