StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Honolulu offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- DMDan MoynihanMay 5, 20265.0Stretch Lab is a game changer. I have mobility issues, and they've helped me with that, along with circulation. Also, Jason at Kakaako helps with my bneuro issues. I have chronic 9/11 related (I was a firefighter there) migraines, occipital neuralgia, and cluster headaches. The neck and shoulder stretching helps with all of that. They also give back to the community. I was at a fundraiser for Family Hui Hawaii, Stretch Lab donated sessions for the silent auction. So grateful. Thank you Stretch Lab. I've kind of beaten up on my body over the yeardy (Marine Corps, firefighting, 9/11, hockey, rugby, gootbsll, cross country running) but Stretch Lab hekps greatly.

Stretch Lab has helped me with mobility, circulation, my neurological issues (9/11 related chronic occipital neuralgia, migraines, cluster headaches. I'm grateful to Jason at the Kakaako look action for taking great care of me. They also give back to the community, which I'm grateful for.

Every time I have visited, and not self-conscious in this lightest. The stretches actually improve my mobility more than massages, so I went ahead and booked a whole six months. Highly highly recommend!!
