  Been going there for years to get my glasses. I purchase about 2 to 3 pairs of glasses each yime prescription changes. The lens on two sets of glasses bought 2 years ago started to peel off. I went to see if the lens could be replaced for free or at a reduced price. The lady working there said there was nothing she could do. I know have 2 sets of glasses only 2 years old that I can barely see through. I believe with the amount of service members and their families that come through there they don't bother to provide any assistance beyond selling their product.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Autumn and Tiffany here at Pearle Vision and they made the visit so enjoyable. They helped me find frames that looked well on me and are genuine in their opinion. They also helped me price search what I could afford and have many options to choose from. Lastly, I was even able to walk in, get an eye exam the same day and Autumn and Tiffany left me satisfied with all my questions being answered and being assisted with fitting my frames. Such lovely ladies! Highly recommend!

  Ok someone call the Eye glasses police. I went there last week and received great service. My glasses were ready to roll received that text and I went down today to pick up!!! "What". Great fit great service and a mad shout out to the dream team of TIFFANY & LAURI!!!!! Really great place great people giving you a great product. Simple Aloha

  Tiffany at Pearle Vision in the Pearl Harbor NEX is phenomenal! She helped my husband and four of my kids find glasses, and we were in and out in about 45 minutes with five pairs purchased. She remembered our entire family from our visit the year before, despite the busy store, and quickly found frames for everyone. She knows her products and the ordering and measurement process exceptionally well. Tiffany also encouraged me to research vision insurance after I was shocked by the cost of glasses elsewhere. We followed her advice, and it saved our family thousands of dollars this year. If you need glasses, I highly recommend Pearle Vision at the Pearl Harbor NEX—especially Tiffany. She makes the process quick and easy.

  Tiffany and Lauri were amazing to me! Tiffany was really helpful in explaining to me the different kind of lenses and help me decide which one would work best with me! Got my prescription really fast, it took a week! And Lauri was super kind and patient explaining to me how to wear them safely and explained me the process in case I damage them :p. Everyone was super kind and friendly since the moment we opened the door, they don't make you feel like a transaction, made us feel comfortable and happy to have gotten my glasses with them!
