  Stopped by with my mom to get her new glasses adjusted. Tiffany greeted us immediately and was kind throughout the whole process. She adjust the frame with ease so that my mom felt comfortable with the fit. Tiffany also provided additional information to help my mom consider a more enhanced vision plan that would provide better frames and lenses.

  I left happy when I ordered my glasses and was excited to pick up. Tiffany has that magic to make you feel comfortable with her exceptional service. She has an incredible eye for choosing frames that truly complement the shape of your face. Tiffany took the time to recommend options that fit both my style and my budget. I highly recommend Tiffany, she is rare and dedicated to make client satisfied with their purchase.

  Tiffany took great care of my son, he's very happy with his first pairs of glasses and she made that process incredibly smooth. She did this not as a person selling glasses but as a mom with active boys and fully understanding all the obstacles and living through them. I live over 16 miles away and ill keep coming here because of how helpful and professional they are at both the glasses purchase side and for yearly optometrist support. Both in house at the same location. This is a one stop shop.

  Lauri and Tiffany were angels! I'm going on a trip to the Philippines tomorrow, but ordered new glasses pretty last-minute (my bad guys 😭🙏). Anyway, I ordered the glasses last week. Lauri knew about my trip & told me that she'd try to get the glasses to me ASAP and she was NOT LYING. I'm talking somehow, someway they got it to me the day before my flight (which is way sooner than the glasses were supposed to arrive). Thank goodness for that because my vision is horrible and I didn't have any glasses at the time. She also helped me pick out my glasses because I'm really picky with the style. Tiffany took the time to meet with me today after her shift was over & the shop was closed; to deliver the glasses. I mean, the sun was already setting! The dedication is insane!! This lovely lady even brought tools to adjust my glasses if need-be. Absolute angels.

  Our whole eyeglass shopping experience from beginning to end was very informative and enjoyable. Great customer service from the start with Lihn explaining to me, my wife and daughter all the coverage options with my healthcare plan, cost savings, warranty, and their wide selection of frame styles. To the thorough and attentive eye for details by Tiffany at pick-up, making minor fit adjustments, to explaining to us how to properly clean and care for our new glasses. Tiffany even went so far as to explain to my wife - who purchased her first pair of progressive lenses - to be careful when wearing them as it takes some time getting adjusted to the depth perception when walking up or down stairs, or using an escalator! Mahalo Lihn and Tiffany for taking care of us! A hui hou.
