  Tiffany and all staff are phenomenal. Very polite, ery helpful, eager to ensure your glasses fit perfectly and that they'll work for you. Communicative. I highly recommend this store for your eye glass needs!

  Such a calm, welcoming, experience! Entered and Laurie, working today was occupied with earlier customers and still readily greeted my friend and I with a productive and warm assistance! Left the store with some awesome glasses and feeling good about my day. Thank you Laurie!

  I got new meta glasses at Pearle Vision. Tiffany helped me and did a fantastic job. I had issues with my prescription being wrong, so she had to redo my glasses twice. I felt terrible about it but she made the process smooth and easy. She made sure I was happy and truly cared how I felt in my glasses. I would definitely recommend getting your glasses from there and asking for Tiffany.

  My son needed glasses after failing a routine eye exam and as first time parents, neither of us currently or have ever worn glasses, this was a new experience for us. So we decided to visit Pearle Vision because it was the closest eyeglass store to where we live. And we are very happy with our choice. Both times we’ve visited for my son’s first pair and then his second, we were helped by Lauri who was kind, friendly and helpful. During our second visit (my son broke his frame) we were nervous as we weren’t sure how long he’d be without glasses before his second pair came in. Luckily, they had the same exact frame and size for his replacement and it was minutes before walking out with a new frame! We went again for my mom’s loose frames. And again we were helped by Lauri :) She tightened my mom’s frames and wiped it down free of charge because it was an easy fix and luckily they have tools for our specific need that day. What was once a nuisance for my mom for months was fixed instantly — a small act of her expertise put a smile on my mom’s face and she comments often about how the glasses don’t slip off anymore. Thank you, Lauri and Pearle Vision for your friendly and kind service. Mahalo.

  TIFFANY @ Pearle Vision, Navy Exchange Pearl Harbor, HI. On our recent visit 1 August 2026, we were pleasantly greeted by Tiffany whom we specifically explained what we needed. The fact that she listened to us, thoroughly explained all options we had, from frames, lenses, insurance, warranties, costs, etc., and didn’t rush me and my wife, set the foundation for a great and smooth visit to purchase our new frames and lenses. This location is quite convenient , perfectly situated and allows for easy access without having to deal with the hassle of having to enter the secured gates of Pearl Harbor. LAURIE @ Pearle Vision, Navy Exchange Pearl Harbor, HI. Stopped by, today, 8 August 2026, and we were pleasantly greeted by LAURIE whom assisted us with the same Superb service we received by Tiffany on 1 August 2026. LAURIE performed our fitting, focusing using the reading board, explained the effects of leaving glasses in vehicles and finally importance of warranties. Truly Exceptional Service!!
