  I could not recommend Dr. Kosasa and Pacific In Vitro more highly. The IVF journey is difficult enough as it is, but the care, professionalism, and support provided by the entire team made my experience exceptionally positive from beginning to end. Every part of the process felt seamless. The nurses were incredibly caring and supportive, especially Hong, who made such a positive impact throughout my journey. Dr. Kosasa’s experience and professionalism gave me enormous confidence throughout the process, and it was also inspiring to briefly meet some of the scientists working behind the scenes doing such extraordinary work. Pacific In Vitro created such a warm, compassionate, and positive environment during what can otherwise be a very emotional time. I look forward to returning for baby number two in the future. Thank you to Dr. Kosasa, Hong, and the entire team for everything you do.

  Pacific In Vitro Fertilization Institute didn't just give us the opportunity to create our family, they became our family. We couldn't have done it without them and their continued support. We looked forward to every single visit and we were always welcomed with such warmth. Science is incredible and we will forever be grateful for our Pacific In Vitro 'ohana!

  I worked with Pacific In Vitro as an outside monitoring office while working with another clinic in California. Pacific In Vitro was the link in entire chain that made the process and communication as seamless as possible. Their staff is incredible and knew me by name and face right away and knew my updates and next steps as if they were their own. Dr. Dominguez was also so supportive and comforting to work with. Also shout out to Rick for making even the blood draws pleasant! An awesome team and amazing experience to be a part of because of them! Mahalo!

  Dr. Kosasa and his team (nurses and staff) were supportive throughout our entire process. We do not live on Oahu, but Dr. Kosasa and his team was able to seamlessly correspond on all medical needs and updates. Emails and phone calls were always replied to as well as coordination for prescriptions and medical exams. Together, we were able to have our miracle baby! Extra appreciation goes to Mrs. Mari, she helped to spearhead our IVF journey and continues to support us with the process. Thank you so much Dr. Kosasa and your team!

  Dr. Kosasa helped us conceive our son, and we will always be grateful to him. He took such good care of both me and my husband throughout the process. He is incredibly caring, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. His kindness and dedication meant so much to us during such an important time in our lives. His team is also amazing and supportive. We highly recommend Dr. Kosasa to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive doctor.
