We have received numerous incorrect invoices from this business. They double charged us multiple times and added additional charges for services that we never consented to. Overall a very poor experience here.

Going through fertility treatments is an emotional rollercoaster. We had our share of painful ups and downs with egg retrieval fails and implant miscarriages, but the team at Pacific In Vitro was always our anchor. They worked tirelessly to come to a resolution, and we are now blessed with two beautiful boys.
Dr. D is phenomenal and the best in her field—knowing she performs her own procedures herself gave us so much reassurance. No matter what heartbreaks or hopes you are carrying, this staff genuinely goes through it with you.

I cannot say enough about this clinic and their staff. They're incredibly supportive, kind and compassionate. I have always felt well informed and in good hands with each and every visit. Dr. Kosasa is so gentle and informative. The staff of nurses is second to none and my experience with the Practice Manager (Mari) is wonderful! You'll definitely be pleased when working with Pacific In Intro!!!
Avoid Pacific IVF.
Our experience was marked by poor transparency, questionable billing practices, and unprofessional behavior during one of the most important moments of our lives.
They added assisted hatching to our bill without explanation or consent. I had to push to have it removed since it’s not strongly evidence-based. They agreed and did not perform it, yet a month later we were billed for it anyway, plus a $157 late fee.
Medication costs were significantly above market value, and they refused to provide an itemized receipt, so we had no clear understanding of what we were paying for.
They also attempted to bill us for two months of embryo storage when our single embryo was only there for about three weeks.
We were pushed to complete FDA testing through their clinic at inflated prices, despite being able to do the same testing locally through a more reputable clinic for far less.
The transfer experience itself was unacceptable. Dr. D demanded complete silence, saying things like “no talking” and “I’d have all of you asleep if I could.” When she realized the uterus was retroverted, she said, “I’m not doing a trial. I’m feeling lucky. We’ll risk it.” This was about transferring our embryo. It was already a quiet room, and this level of tension and commentary was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve had two other successful embryo transfers at a different clinic, and neither time were we asked to be quiet. In fact, we talked to each different doctor the entire time.
Post-transfer care raised even more concerns. We were told to stop Delestrogen at 6 weeks, but when I followed up, the information we received by Dr. D contradicted itself and even referenced AI-generated responses acknowledging increased miscarriage risk.
At 8 weeks, Dr. D attempted to move monitoring to her private clinic and bill both insurance and us. This was never clearly disclosed and only came up when I questioned why care wasn’t scheduled at the actual clinic. We immediately had care transferred to our surrogate’s OB instead.
This clinic repeatedly added charges without consent, overcharged where possible, and failed to communicate clearly. We constantly had to catch and correct errors ourselves.
Proceed with extreme caution and question everything if you must go here. However, I’d implore you to research the more reputable clinic on this island. I wish we had better explored our options before agreeing to go here.

I could not recommend Dr. Kosasa and Pacific In Vitro more highly. The IVF journey is difficult enough as it is, but the care, professionalism, and support provided by the entire team made my experience exceptionally positive from beginning to end.
Every part of the process felt seamless. The nurses were incredibly caring and supportive, especially Hong, who made such a positive impact throughout my journey. Dr. Kosasa’s experience and professionalism gave me enormous confidence throughout the process, and it was also inspiring to briefly meet some of the scientists working behind the scenes doing such extraordinary work.
Pacific In Vitro created such a warm, compassionate, and positive environment during what can otherwise be a very emotional time. I look forward to returning for baby number two in the future. Thank you to Dr. Kosasa, Hong, and the entire team for everything you do.
