  I thoroughly enjoy going to Miracle Ear! Zach and Djavan treat me with the utmost respect. They listen to my hearing issues and always tries to figure out how to resolve them. I love that they give me an appointment every three months to check and clean my hearing aids, and see if I’m having any issues! They are the best! I once had Noah help me, and he was amazing too!

  I haven’t visited but already giving it 1 star. Got a letter from Idaho (see photo) offering VOUCHERS for FREE GROCERIES AT PARTICIPATING GROCERS for participating in a RISK FREE trial of a MIRACLE EAR. If they ask you to pay a deposit or some other full or partial payment - then there is always the risk of a company not returning your money! The letter (see attached) also doesn’t say what type of grocery voucher; one bag of Lima beans perhaps? Does this look how a legitimate company does business? Couldn’t figure out the crucifix footnote (see letter) after RISK FREE TRIAL - maybe they’re good Christians?

  From our initial phone call speaking with Deborah. Then to meeting Robert for our complimentary exam. And onto purchasing great hearing aides that has changed the quality of my moms and my life. No more repeating myself to my mom. This has been a 5 star experience!!! If your reading my review and are looking for Great quality. You need to call Miracle Ear. Remember you pay for great quality....for great quality!!!! It’s a lifetime investment!!!

  A lot times, people who have excellent people skills are not recognized for the excellent customer service they give to their clients. I would like to compliment, Deborah Gonsalves, for her excellent customer service. She is so welcoming when she greets as you open the door and makes sure you are comfortable while waiting for your appointment time. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful if there is any need for help. I am sure she has been complimented from other clients.   Robert is very patient with my 91 year old dad. He is very generous with his time and explains options in a kind and compassionate as well as understandable way. Debbie is incredible. She is always very positive. The phones are always answered or call backs made in a timely manner. Best customer satisfaction, ever! Mahalo.
