  Christian at LensCrafters consistently provides excellent customer service. No matter how busy the store gets, he always takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure I’m taken care of. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone who maintains that level of service even when juggling multiple customers. Christian is definitely an asset to the team. Keep up the great work, and mahalo for always taking care of me!

  I got a prescription filled here with META frames and then used my flex spending to pay for it. The process was very easy. After trying to compare prices at various places, Lense Crafters had the widest selection and knew the entire process so it was easy for me. Then my META frames stopped working a few months after I got them. I brought them in to Lense Crafters and again they were super familiar with the process and handled submitting the claim. Within a week I had a voucher from META for a replacement set of glasses. The effort and time I saved compared to figuring it all out by myself was enormous. Every single employee I met with over the several visits was competent and helpful and friendly. Essentially, I did not feel like this was a super chain that was ripping me off.

  My experience was Awesome! Caitlin did her thing. So, I called up to the store to ask questions about current specials and discounts as I needed to order more contacts and to get a new pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. Caitlin answered all my questions and was super patient and kind. I told her I would be in on Tuesday. (its wed of the week before). I decided to have lunch at Ala Moana and thought maybe I could stop by to pick out my glasses for Tuesday…Long story short…Came in, Caitlin helped me pick out 3 pairs of glasses and got me the best deal possible! Purchased on the spot! She is the real deal. I will be coming back to purchase more. If you love great customer service…ask for Caitlin…AND she has cool nails

  I had just bought new sunglasses from WP from home and was vacationing in Oahu. I’ve been expressing to my husband how the sunglasses kept slipping forward and not sitting on my head/ears well. While we were at the Ala Moana mall I decided to stop by LensCrafters since it’s a reputable place and my husband didn’t understand my complaint. Christian showed such kindness and knowledge by adjusting it and providing this clear rubber nose bridge placements in case it didn’t work later. Appreciate his kindness and helpfulness!

  Norma is absolutely amazing! She is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever had help me with eyeglasses. I originally came in needing help with my glasses, and she went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. She even fixed my spare pair at no charge, which I truly appreciated! Norma also spent so much time helping me select two new pairs of glasses, carefully walking me through my options and pricing so I could make the best choices. I never felt rushed or pressured. She gave me her undivided attention and truly deluxe service throughout the entire experience. Her knowledge, patience, kindness, and customer service are exceptional. You can tell she genuinely cares about taking care of her customers, not just making a sale. Norma has definitely earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely keep coming back to her for my glasses!
