  In my opinion, I think most dentists office should operate like the crew at Kahala Smile Professionals. The front office as well as all their other personnel and dentists were very calm, professional and courteous. Very easy going but yet knowledgeable.😃

  Always a great experience. Friendly and courteous staff from the moment you walk into the office. The hygienist explains what she is doing and takes care to insure you are comfortable. And Dr Wada and her son are very nice people. I love it there.

  Dr. Wada you took advantage of an unwitting but trusting 91 year old senior citizen. Conveniently and deceptively not notifying her about the prohibitive cost of extracting a tooth and referring her to an oral surgeon for an implant. A procedure that you knew wouldn't be covered under her insurance plan but you could still get paid by her. Why does a 91 year old need an implant? For just one missing back tooth? And you wanted to charge her a $1,000+ more for a porcelan crown which she renigged and she been doing just fine with that gap and you knew all along she never needed a $4,000 plus implant and crown. You also screwed up our other friend who has been in pain for months due to a botched implant.Concerned friend of beryl.

  Dr. Robert Wada and staff are excellent! They are very professional yet make you feel comfortable. Audrey, the hygienist is gentle, patient and friendly. Put me at ease. Dr. Wada takes a great interest in your overall care.

  Dr Wada and her staff is amazing. Always greet you with a smile and very welcoming. My hygienist Hooipo is terrific in caring for my teeth. Thank you!
