  Home Instead came to the rescue and immediately for me! My mom drastically declined mentally and physically during Covid and as I live in the mainland I could not look after her. I made a call to Home Instead and Ty & the team came to the rescue. We had set her up with weekly visits within 48-hrs. They assigned my mom a great helper who looked after her, took her to doctors appts, shopping and cruising around. My mom loved it and looked forward to her days with Home Instead. These ladies helped with much more than you could imagine with an aging and mentally declining parent and even counseled me when things got tough due to my moms mental decline. They are the best - little guardian angels and the best surrogate family when real family isn’t near or can’t be there. Don’t hesitate!!

  We needed home care for my mother post op on very short notice. Ty Bedford the office manager came to our home that same day for an assessment and three days later for a 3 hour detailed briefing. She was secured an extremely attentive, personable, reliable, diligent group of aides. Ericcka and Erion personally came to train them. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, reliability and professionalism is top rate. It was a tremendous relief to have my mom so well cared for. UPDATE May 2024 once again my mom needed care. There is a new team Kaleigh, Erin & Kylien and they are fantastic. My mom's needs and timing changed and they were extremely flexible and understanding at a time that was extremely stressful. I'm truly grateful to have support that provides safety, kindness and peace of mind.

  From my first contact with Home Instead to now, Home Instead has been very helpful, understanding and accommodating. We have another caregiving service in place, but they were unable to fill all of our needs and they recommended that we get another service in place to help fill the shifts. I searched the internet for another caregiving service and I am happy that I came across Home Instead. When Home Instead went to my dad's house for the initial assessment, the manager and her team were compassionate, understanding and wanting what was best for my dad. What's great about Home Instead is that my dad has a team of caregivers who fill his shifts. When a caregiver is unable to make their shift, Home Instead will inform me of who will take their place. Home Instead's services are seamless and stress free for us. Home Instead's caregivers are caring, compassionate and understanding of my dad's needs and situation. Home Instead's office is amazing too. When I call, they always try to answer my questions or transfer me to the appropriate person and if they need to call me back, they always get back to me before the end of the day. Their after hour service is great too--answers my questions or will get back to me if necessary. We are very satisfied with Home Instead and would highly recommend them.
