  TAKE CARE OF YOUR WORKERS! Stopped by GNC while walking around the mall and Joshua helped me out. He was friendly, knew his stuff, and pointed me toward a couple newer products. Ended up grabbing a few things because of his recommendations. Only issue is the company itself. The store was really hot and not comfortable to be in at all. While I was talking with Joshua, I noticed he looked pretty tired. I asked him about it and he said he’s been doing 12-hour shifts for the past two weeks, a lot of it by himself in the store. Even with that, he was still helping everyone and staying professional. The employees are clearly doing their best, but GNC needs to do better with staffing and conditions. Nobody should be working like that in a store that hot and understaffed. 5 stars for Joshua. 1 star for the company

  Excellent customer service ,amazing prices will definitely take the trip from the west side just to go to that location . Ralph is great a guiding you to find what’s best

  First off, I love GNC and have been to many branches around the island. Never really had an issue. There should be at least one employee in the store. It’s Ala Moana for Christ sake. Being closed peak rush hour is just crazy. Why is the employee taking an extended “lunch”. Definitely gone for more than an hour. This is on 4/10 6-7pm. Left after waiting over an hour to see if they were really on “lunch”. Unless their lunch break is 1.5 hrs which is crazy. Might wanna check on this. You have an employee that’s getting paid to do nothing lol. So many people passing by and it’s closed. At least bring the lunch to the store. I really hope this changes because I’ve seen many stores closed. And this one is in a prime location.
