He was friendly, knew his stuff, and pointed me toward a couple newer products. Ended up grabbing a few things because of his recommendations. Only issue is the company itself. The store was really hot and not comfortable to be in at all. While I was talking with Joshua, I noticed he looked pretty tired. I asked him about it and he said he’s been doing 12-hour shifts for the past two weeks, a lot of it by himself in the store. Even with that, he was still helping everyone and staying professional. The employees are clearly doing their best, but GNC needs to do better with staffing and conditions. Nobody should be working like that in a store that hot and understaffed. 5 stars for Joshua. 1 star for the company
