  I was very happy with my eye exam with Dr. Heather Wawrzenski yesterday. She was very kind, personable, and professional. I had seen her 4 years ago and was delighted to have her as my doctor again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care.

  I visited Dr. Heather Wawrzenski for a routine eye exam last Saturday. During the visit, I repeatedly expressed my concerns regarding a personal matter I had previously received a message about. Although it wasn't within her direct responsibility, she listened to me with exceptional patience and never once showed irritation. ​Noticing my distress, she showed great empathy, saying that a patient's peace of mind is the priority, and kindly encouraged me to speak with the office staff first. I was deeply impressed by her genuine care for my well-being. After leaving her office, I spoke with the administrative lady on the phone; despite my repeated complaints, she also handled the situation with grace and generosity. When I returned to Dr. Heather, she conducted a thorough and diligent eye exam and provided me with a prescription. I am truly grateful for Dr. Heather’s thoughtfulness and the staff's professional kindness.
