  I tried the intro class and left feeling underwhelmed. The class included 20min of using the equipment. The rest of the time was an orientation/sales pitch. With such a brief exposure I couldn’t figure out if I would get a decent workout or enjoy a real class. The price point to buy one class at the studio is $45, which seems very high just to give a full class a try. If you are going to try a class, bring your own grippy socks or expect to spend $25-30 for the socks. They are required to try the 20min class.

  This studio is a spacious, calming, positive space for fitness and achieving your goals.The equipment is relatively simple to learn, and the instructors will help you along the way. I was a beginner, and I definitely learned quickly! Talk to the instructors beforehand about what class is best to take. You can do a free intro class. The instructors will correct your form and help you with the equipment. Particularly enjoyed this location due to the free parking garage options. Grip socks are required.
