I love how there are so many different class options and how they rotate it weekly. It’s very flexible and works with my schedule to allow me to have a well balanced workout. Love the workout monitors and the coaches. They actually pay attention to form, push those that wouldn’t mind being push yet makes others feel comfortable for where they are at. The only down side is the price. It’s pretty pricey even just for one class but I guess it’s worth it if your the type that likes to work out in groups for motivation or accountability:)

I’ve been attending classes for a few months now. I can usually only make it once or twice a week, so I haven’t tried every class yet, but so far, BALANCE and CARDIO have been my favorites.
If you’re looking for a gym to go to regularly, I think the variety of classes is a big plus. I also really enjoy the smaller group setting. As a newer member, I appreciated that the coaches take time to pair you with someone who can help you understand the flow of the class and guide you through the exercises.
The class sizes feel just right—small enough that coaches can give some one-on-one feedback on your form, but not so small that you feel like all eyes are on you. Coming from a larger gym, I often felt lost in big classes, but that hasn’t been the case here. Every class has been easy to follow, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout.

Just finished my 4th session at BFT Honolulu and I’m loving it! The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the community is so welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get fit in town!
Mobility class has great instructors and is very popular!

BFT Honolulu is amazing!! A place that makes you want to hop out of bed when the early alarm goes off!! Every time I leave a workout I have felt accomplished, supported, and challenged. The environment is amazing, I have felt supported by both coaches and members at every class I have taken, with no judgement from either! This is the best group fitness environment I have ever experienced.
As for the workouts themselves , I love how the classes are structured….it’s challenging (in the best way) but doable. It’s also cool to be able to view your heart rate monitor data throughout the workout.
I would highly recommend just trying a class if you’re interested! You’ll get hooked!
