Molly’s teaching translates seamlessly across disciplines, and she brings the same level of skill, precision, and classical depth to Lagree that she does to yoga. You can feel the experience, intelligence, and intentionality behind every movement. Bonus… your inner thighs QUAKE AND QUIVER

Her corrections, attention to form, and high expectations made the workout so much more effective. You can tell she genuinely wants everyone to get stronger, improve safely, and maximized EVERY minute. I left shaking, exhausted, challenged, and proud of what I accomplished!”

She taught us a complex pose in easy digestible bites that made it totally doable!!! Kassie’s restorative class was so calming. Her energy creates a safe, relaxing space. Wish I could do this class everyday! The Saturday and Sunday morning classes are so fabulous, love the energy to start the day! OMG, The boutique! Perfection! Got the cutest yoga clothes there!
