The barefoot cavemen here will satisfy your tastes❤️ If you find your home too clean and are looking for the greatest concentration of dust, the fan inside the treadmill here is your best choice❤️ The BEST gym I have ever been ☺️

- JPJessie P.Jul 28, 20265.0Muay Thai — I recommend Coach Garrett for Muay Thai privates. He’s super knowledgeable, and gives great adjustments (without making you feel overwhelmed). I was dealing with an ankle injury and he was mindful of that the entire time. We started with footwork before moving on to padwork and shinguard drills, so there was a great mix of different techniques. Can’t wait for the next session! Strength Lab — I really recommend Carissa’s class. It’s challenging, but super fun, and she gives variations for different skill levels. Everybody in her class is very friendly and encouraging, so it’s always a good time. You will definitely sweat (but she makes it fun)! She teaches some other classes too, so I recommend trying all of them.
