  I find it really annoying that they keep sending me reminders to confirm an appointment when I don’t even have one scheduled. I was already not a fan of this location, and this just adds to the frustration. Simply freaking annoying and I won’t be going back to this location.

  Only reason I’m even giving two stars is because the optometrist is freaking awesome. My husband, my daughter and myself have been using this location for a few years. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. Most of the time we are using insurance so it covers quite a bit and they usually have frames I love compared to the selections found at other retailers so I begrudgingly still pay the crazy overage out of pocket. Not this year. My insurance had changed and no longer had an allowance for in store purchase with this location but I still get my exam. Great, because I feel the need to reiterate that their optometrist is AWESOME. However their “sales” people (one woman in particular) are so rude and extremely condescending. Upon asking about pricing out of pocket due to insurance changes I was spoken down to and treated as if I wasn’t worthy of using their business for my eyeglasses because I had the audacity to ask about pricing. (Absolute “”Pretty Woman” vibe. IYKYK) Several times as I picked up a frame she felt the need to tell me how expensive it would be without my insurance and the cost of what the lenses would be, as if to discourage me from shopping with them. Well it worked. I walked out without buying glasses or contacts from them. Asked for my prescriptions to be emailed so I could go elsewhere or even online (which I despise). Then I found out they overcharged me for the contact lenses fitting fee on top of everything. Not sure why they are quoting lenses the way they are (even out of pocket, without insurance) I was able to get my contacts and two pairs of glasses, one regular pair, one pair with transition lenses, with thinner progressive lenses, all still costing less than the one pair they wanted to sell me. I get it, it’s your business you can charge what you want but don’t talk down to your customers in the process. Once again, this review is in no way reflective of the DR. He’s awesome! But we will be taking all of our family’s business elsewhere from now on.
