Today, I returned to the gym after tearing my ACL a few weeks ago. I was nervous, because I am still on crutches and a full brace, and didn’t really feel up to it.
The gentle souled lady at the front desk, around 12p, was so kind and welcoming that I was excited to be back working on my progress.
Thank you so much! I wish I would have caught your name.

Love all the changes that have been made recently to the WOODSTOCK OLF! The pool heating and air repair and the locker room renovations have improved the safety and exercise experience. Thanks for changing out the shower curtains and soap dispenser regularly. I’m so impressed with the professional and friendly staff. They make coming to the gym a fun experience.
I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now, and visiting it even before that.
The gym is always very clean, the music is not too loud, and the equipment is kept in great condition. There are a lot of great folks here from a variety of stations in life. I haven’t participated in a class yet, but they have a ton of options throughout the day. I usually come in the evenings/nights and I don’t have to wait long if at all to use any of the dumbbells or other equipment. The employees are kind and willing to help you out if needed.

Curtis, Tabari, and Connor are the powerful team in this amazing gym! From my first tour to my personal training, it’s a great place to workout and meet your goals. Tabari is working with me to heal from a serious injury, Curtis makes sure I have what I need on a regular basis and Connor is always ready with a smile and support. If you’re looking for a gym with an affordable price that offers incredible classes, red light therapy, hydro massage chairs, professional stretching and excellent training, this is your place. The kids club is an added bonus!

Be warned: Onelife Fitness is not upfront about the total cost of membership. I was recently charged a $49 "maintenance fee" out of nowhere in the middle of the year. This fee was never mentioned by the salesperson during my enrollment, even though they specifically detailed the monthly dues and enrollment costs.
Even more frustrating is that this fee is nowhere to be found on their website’s pricing page. They list the monthly rates and enrollment fees clearly, but conveniently leave out the annual maintenance charge. It feels like a calculated effort to hide the true cost until you're already a member. I’m extremely disappointed in this lack of transparency and would advise others to look for a gym that is honest about their pricing from the start.
