I have been a member of Onelife Fitness in Woodstock for years. The club offers great classes, equipment, an indoor pool and track, and experienced trainers. I am always greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. I especially want to mention Curtis. He is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is always smiling and eager to assist with any issues. Curtis is truly an asset to the club.

I just joined one life fitness. And very excited about it. Some of the facilities, such as the one in Holly Springs, offers the ultimate spa treatment. They have red light therapy, hydra, massages, a cold plunge chair, and leg compression. Plus tanning beds, sauna, and a jacuzzi!
The classes offered at the Woodstock facility, along with the exercise machines are diverse, state of the art, and plentiful. And don't forget about the olympic size pool!
Just became a member of OneLife Fitness today and, let me tell you, Curtis (the GM) was a HUGE reason why. When we did our tour, we could tell that Curtis truly cared about the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire facility and that he prioritizes the feedback of his gym members. Both he and the front desk associate, Tyler, were very welcoming, personable, have great energy and clearly enjoy being involved with everyone. We are super stoked to become a part of the community at OneLife!

Curtis gave an amazing tour, I am super impressed how clean the facilities are and the energy in the gym! The amount of available machines makes this gym an easy pick. Shout out to Tyler at the front desk for making feel welcome as well!

This location has terrible communication skills and bad customer service. They will tell you one price and charge you something completely different, and then when you call to try and find a resolution the AGM makes you feel like you’re the problem. I was told I would get one month free and got charged not even 2 weeks later and was told it would just get credited to next months billing cycle, I got charged again this month instead of getting a credit like I was told, only to find out that they have to “put a request in” to corporate and apparently that takes over a month for them to resolve. It’s not worth the headache.
