  Great facility, good people and a friendly atmosphere. This gym is well equipped and loaded with extras. Great gym value.

  You can tell the Woodstock One Life location has received some upgrades and is a step up from its old Gold's Gym days, but it still has a ways to go aesthetically compared to the much nicer Holly Springs location. In fact, I live two miles from the Woodstock gym, but I regularly drive out of my way to go to Holly Springs instead. If management is looking for areas to invest in next, they should take a cue from Holly Springs and look at how they set up their relaxation area, which is truly top-tier. Another areas to invest in next, the yoga studio is at the top of the list. It desperately needs better soundproofing to block out outside gym noise, as well as window curtains to keep out distracting light. Adding dim, relaxing lighting would completely transform the class experience and make it much easier to focus. Also they should look at how Holly Springs has their Relaxation area which is top teir.

  Oh man Oh man what a day. What a gym, so clean. What a staff, so friendly. Gyms like this on a day like this, Anything is possible.

  Would be 5 stars if not for the horrendous girls-night-out disco soundtrack playing on a loop. The playlist should come with a free bottle of estrogen blockers. If you're coming to lift weights, bring headphones. Otherwise, super friendly staff, the gym is always clean, never overcrowded even at peak hours, great selection of weights, racks and machines, etc. Best deal in town by a country mile.

  First time at this gym and we had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has everything we were looking for, including a sauna and pool. Definitely excited to come back!
