  I consistently have a great experience at Onelife Fitness! The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and willing to help. They create such a positive, supportive, and motivating atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to providing excellent service and ensuring that every member feels comfortable, respected, and valued.   1) Awesome staff 2) Wide variety of machines and free weights..I mean an expansive assortment 3) Constantly adding better machines or replacing / retiring older ones 4) Always clean inside Mondays (evening, 6:00 PM +) are pretty busy and it can even be difficult just to find a decent parking spot in their otherwise spacious parking lot, but it gradually thins out throughout the rest of the week. This is based on "after work hours", the crowd almost certainly differs earlier or later in the day. I'm not a cardio person but I will say they have a ton of treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and bikes if you're not lazy like I am, and cardio is your thing (or even just a part of you). They also have a walking / running track upstairs as well. My wife and I used to come here back when it was a Gold's...OneLife is a vast improvement.

  Amy F. is my trainer and she’s fantastic. I’m in my 50s and started addressing weight training and more cardio last year. She challenges me but we also share a few laughs between sets. I’m so excited to see the changes in both my strength and appearance. My golf game has definitely gotten better! :)

  As a regular who trains here throughout the week, you notice immediately when leadership actually cares about the community. Imani and Keith are hands down two of the biggest reasons this Onelife location stands out. Imani, the Assistant GM, runs a seamless operation without ever losing that down-to-earth, welcoming energy. She’s hilarious, always ready with quick banter or a laugh at the front desk, and makes sure every detail of the gym runs smoothly behind the scenes. Then you have Keith as Member Manager, who is constantly out on the floor connecting with people. He has that rare ability to make total newcomers and veteran lifters feel equally at home. His humor and approachable presence immediately take away any gym intimidation, and he genuinely looks out for the members' experience. Having management who don't just hide in an office—who actively bring positive energy, laughs, and top-tier service to the floor every day—is rare. Onelife has two absolute all-stars in Imani and Keith.

  My husband and I recently visited OneLife Fitness for a tour of the facility and to learn more about what they offer through my Medicare insurance benefits. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a very pleasant welcome from Imani, the Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager. Imani took us on a tour of the facility, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I explained why I was interested in joining, along with some of the challenges I currently have. She took the time to explain the different pieces of equipment and areas of the gym that would be best for me to start with, as well as the areas I can work toward using as I become stronger and more comfortable. She also explained the many amenities they offer, which are wonderful, and the pricing is very reasonable. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. What stood out to me the most was how comfortable I felt talking with Imani. She listened, answered our questions, and made us feel like she genuinely cared about helping us get started on the right path. She was truly a delight and a pleasure to meet. Needless to say, my husband and I both signed up! Our first consultation is tomorrow, and I’m so excited to begin this new journey together as we move forward and make our health and wellness a priority. Thank you, Imani and the OneLife Fitness team, for making our first experience such a positive one! ❤️💪🏾
