When you come in to seek help they want you to pay and say the last 2 times I came in they didn't enter notes, so apparently that is my fault that they don't do their job by documenting it. I've worn glasses most of my life and this is the first time I've used lens crafters, and it is definitely my last! Paid over $300 after insurance, definitely avoiding this place! They do not stand behind the products that they sell. They want me to use the insurance and pay for a replacement fee. Less than 6 months since purchase and this was my 3rd visit asking for help.
