  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ingrid Newman and the entire team at Pediatric Partners. From the very beginning, they have treated my son with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. A special thank you to Mrs Lauren, Stephanie, Melissa, Jessi, Jenny, and Wendy, the Referral Coordinator, for the incredible support they have provided throughout our journey. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and dedication have made a tremendous difference for our family. Navigating multiple appointments, referrals, and specialist care can be overwhelming, but their guidance and attention to detail have helped make the process much smoother. What stands out most is that every member of the team truly seems invested in my son’s well-being. Their concern for his progress and their commitment to helping him achieve the best possible quality of life are evident in every interaction. As a parent, there is great comfort in knowing that your child is in capable, caring hands, and that is exactly how I feel with Pediatric Partners.   Absolutely disgusted by the girl that answered the phone today. I had been trying to call for over 20 minutes and was transferred to their answering service. When she answered, I asked if they were closed today. She said yes, that they will reopen Monday (it’s Friday). I said seriously, that’s unfortunate and she HUNG UP!! I needed help from a doctor and she Hung up!! Do better! We will be finding a new doctor’s office. I encourage everyone else to do so also!
