  Very good experience, Dr Chris Brune is a great medical. Is the third dermatologist that I visited in Athens and I'm very satisfied with this.

  Extremely disappointed with how this office handled my appointment. Before scheduling, I specifically called to verify that they accepted my insurance. I was told yes, so I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and rearranged my workday to be there. I arrived for my appointment, checked in, and it wasn’t until right before I was supposed to be called back that I was told they had made a mistake. The person who scheduled me had entered my insurance incorrectly, and they actually did NOT accept it. The office openly acknowledged that this was an error on their end. At that point, I had already taken time away from work, driven there, waited for my appointment, and I have been dealing with a spot on my face for months that I needed evaluated. I didn’t have the ability to simply take another day off and start over somewhere else, so I was basically left with the choice of leaving without being seen or paying $180 out of pocket for an appointment that I had been specifically told would be covered by my insurance. Mistakes happen. What I find completely unacceptable is that their mistake became my $180 expense. If your office tells a patient that their insurance is accepted, schedules the appointment based on that information, and then admits that your employee entered the information incorrectly, the patient should not be the one financially penalized for it. Had I been given the correct information when I called, I would have scheduled with a provider who accepted my insurance and saved myself both the lost work time and $180. I would strongly recommend anyone scheduling here independently verify their insurance coverage before showing up, even if the office tells you they accept it. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the expensive way.

  Holly and the other ladies were exceptional. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and had great people skills, which is always a nice to experience. Great group of professionals.

  Ga skin cancer and dermatology is a wonderful practice. Amanda is professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was a tremendous help to me, as my last dermatologist at a different practice was awful. I had been misdiagnosed more than once by my prior dermatologist. I will definitely be returning to Ga skin cancer and dermatology again and again!

  Dr. Orlowski was very kind and attentive and made me feel at ease. He listened carefully and answered all my questions. He clearly explained my treatment plan and ensured that I understood all options before proceeding. Scheduling my appointment with him was easy. I was impressed with the short wait time for my appointment. Not only was Dr. Orlowski efficient so was the clinic staff and I never felt rushed. Dr. Orlowski even called me personally that evening to check on my recovery! Amazing service! Highly recommend!
