- BBBryce BraggNov 25, 20251.0I’m already having a bad day, and this pharmacy made everything ten times worse. All I wanted was to pick up the prescription I already paid for. Nobody was yelling, nobody was being rude — I simply asked for my medication so I could go about my day. I understand the staff is short-handed, but that is NOT the customer’s fault. I’m here because I need my medicine, not to deal with unorganized service or attitudes. The fact that I had to go through all this just to get something essential is unacceptable. Do better. People come to the pharmacy because they need help — not because they want extra stress.
- JMJackie McMillanMay 4, 20245.0the kroger pharmacy on hwy 96 is literally the best. they have caught interactions that my doctors didn't see and are so helpful. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC! Every employee is professional and kind at the same time. Also, when I go pick up my many meds, they know me by name! im disabled so i have to take a lot of meds and its so important to catch drug interactions! Appreciate the kindness and professionalism and would not go anywhere else. :)

They take their sweet time prepping the registers and whatever else - not so much as a word to the two people waiting until nearly 10 minutes after opening time. Then it was “are you picking up?” No apology. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 10 minutes sooner.
