  I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and respect from this office. I did everything I was supposed to do by checking that my insurance was accepted, I went in 6/18/26 and then get told today it is not accepted after the "appointment". But before that call happens with the rude billing manager, the "doctor" who is supposed to actually treat patients would not even take 2 to 3 minutes to wait for the MRI report that was supposed to have been sent in yesterday 8/13/26 by the "ortho" (also an insult to medicine) to view my conditions. I am a patient in pain and trusted this doctor to at least give me hope of some sort of treatment plan. Months of pain and the lack of care or concern is atrocious. The lack of ethics is even more despicable. Two months we could have avoided anyone losing time and money if people were willing to do their job. He did not have to give me a narcotic, he could have took the time to look at the report and come up with a game plan. Instead he treated me with no care and no plan and gave no hope. I am truly disgusted and astonished at this whole situation. Don't waste your time unless you have money because that is who they care about and concern themselves with.

  Surgery Staff was very nice and courtesy, very professional. Very knowledgeable about the procedure that was done and was telling me as the patient what to expect. Thanks Dr.Prine for you and your staff. Job well done.

  Today was my last day going to the Axis Pain Center. I have been a patient for well over 10 years, with no problems. Today was different. There was a misunderstanding and lack of information/ knowledge between myself, Dr and my Dentist. After a tooth extraction, my dentist prescribed my a 10 day supply of Hydrocodone.I informed her that I was already taking Tramadol for back pain, and she said it would be okay for me to alternate the two meds. When I went to my appt at the Pain Center, the Dr informed me that he could no longer prescribe me any opiates. I felt blindsided! I was berated by him and his nurse. They told me that I broke the "medication agreement". It would have been nice to have this knowledge beforehand. They questioned both my Integrity and Honesty. I left the office feeling like a common criminal! When there is no longer trust between Doctor and patient, it's time to find a new doctor! BTW, after 10+ years of injections, 3 ablations and numerous muscle relaxers, my pain is now worse. A waste of 10 years of my life!

  Long wait time in room. But Great Service otherwise:) ...did NOT like the AI teleprompt when trying to speak to someone at the clinic(before appt). Unable to reach anyone. Unable to contact anyone from the WR location.

  I went to Axis Pain Center in Warner Robins for injection to my back for pain the consultation went very well the doctor and I discussed what he was going to do and the procedure was very good and helpful it was the best I had felt in a long time the shots lasted for about two and a half weeks and I am looking forward to the next appointment for injections the staff and nurses treated me with respect and kindness I would certainly recommend Axis Pain Center to anyone who has ever had any joint pain or discomfort thank you very much Axis Pain Center doctors and staff
