  I can count, on 1 hand, how many African American staff members are pleasant, helpful & lack attitude. Get your money and donate but dont expect many of the black staff to help when there's an issue, emergency or inquiry. Act as if youre bothering them to do their job

  Whoever answered phones at his location today.. When you call and then ask questions for your husband and as soon as you say that this is his wife and you have a question in the lady has a nasty attitude and says she can only speak to him. This is a donation center, and this wasn’t HIPPAA related. YOU CAN’T ANSWER ANYBODY’S QUESTION, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS GENERAL.. whoever that was, fix up your customer service and attitude and whatever other issue you have because you can’t, you can speak to anybody with a general question but, other than attitudes and impatience from a few, maybe it’s the location not company.

  KEDPLASMA inarguably loaths answering their phones. Makes me wanna ask for their names as the first thing that comes out my mouth so it can assist the investigation on it the miraculous times they do which was one time for me in which they placed me on a 15 minute hold today just to ask a question that would take a max of 190 seconds after the AI voice has confirmed that it's now an actual human on the line with you. They must be receiving more plasma than they need or can handle. I know for a fact that Donald Trump got rid of the people that make hard work look easy so it makes me imagine who they have employed here.

  I have been donating at this center for a couple of years now and it has the most consistency of any other donation centers I highly recommend anyone to donate here you will be treated with the respect and you will get a completely professional environment great staff all the girls are great I also need to mention that I'm an extremely hard person to prick I saw some of the reviews and I think that that's a bunch of BS because I have coded and went to the ER and they were unable to prick me unconscious and these girls can stick me every time I go I love the staff they are so respectful even when people are rude S. Strong
