  Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Cooper. In addition to waiting over an hour past scheduled appointment time before he even entered the room, his demeanor was passive-aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. Many people already experience anxiety about visiting the dentist, so it is especially important for providers to be respectful and compassionate. Unfortunately, Dr. Cooper came across as arrogant and dismissive, which made an uncomfortable situation even worse. What was most concerning is the way he spoke to the assistant in front of patients. His behavior toward staff was inappropriate and unsettling. Professionalism, punctuality, and basic courtesy should be expected in any healthcare setting. Based on my experience, those standards were not met.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Bella Dental and Dr. Cooper. Getting dental implants has truly changed my life. His professionalism, skill, and reassuring demeanor gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. The results exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering dental implants and feeling nervous, don’t be. Bella Dental gave me my smile back, restored my confidence, and changed my life for the better.   Everyone in the office was very professional and very helpful. I would refer this office to whomever needs to see a dentist and they worked me in on the same day, because I was hurting bad.
