EGHC is a non-profit community-owned health center, governed by a local board of directors, majority of whom are active patients. We provide services in 14 counties in southeast Georgia. EGHC has been committed to providing great quality care since 1994. Even though Swainsboro was our first site and houses our corporate office, we now serve 14 counties consisting of Emanuel, Bulloch, Treutlen, Toombs, Tattnall, Jenkins, Candler, Appling, Wayne, Montgomery, Jenkins, Jefferson, Screven & Evans County.
