  오늘 너무 황당하고 무례한 경험을 약국에서 했네요. 처방전 약이 없으면 다른곳으로 가라고 알려줘야하는데 보험 크레임 걸어놓고 다른곳에서 약을 받을수 없는 상황에 백인 직장인 여자 너무 무례하게 처방전 종이를 데스크에 "딱" 치면서 가지고 가라고 한다.다시는 여기에 갈 생각이 없습니다

  We usually have a good experience with this pharmacy and we value the work of their employees. My complaint is small, but for someone who gives their child or adult many medications a day, it's a big deal. They never give us liquid medicine in an orange bottle with a plunger. They have been telling us for a very long time that they simply do not have them. I know I can buy them online, but it's a matter of principle. Liquid medicine in an orange bottle should come with a plunger and syringe.

  Very poor service. You have to keep coming for your prescription it took me one week to get my prescription.

  This past week my daughter was having vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain took her to doctor and they prescribed meds I go to kroger and they say her insurqnce is not active I call insurqnce company they stated it was so I asked if they would call my insurance or if the insurance could fax something over . The tech was rude she shunned me away act3d as if she didn't want to help me at all . I work in a successful privately owned office in johns creek and I have never treated my patient that way ever! It literally hurt my feelings. I paid cash for all my child's meds she also had epi pen ect on file I needed to get I called kroger back and spoke with PCON student Brandon who looked over her insurqnce profile and fixed the issue all meds went through told I can come back and be reimbursed for the meds I paid for. The pharmacist when I first came acted as if she didn't want to help at all she stared from the window at me and continued working on her computer while I was standing out in the cold 8 months pregnant with sick 8 yr old child. I will never ever go to kroger pharmacy again! Never ever have I treated not.one of my patients that way not even my most needy nor annoying one bc that is my job! Even when I'm not at work I help others. Won't be back moving my pharmacy. Thanks Brandon so much you will be a great pharmacist! Henjoy was very knowledgeable about his medications and swift when I came back in to be reimbursed.
