  I like this studio, they even added more club Pilates parking spot signs! Which I am so grateful for however the young lady at the front desk when you enter has a very unpleasant demeanor. She does not greet or even look up at you when you enter. It’s very off putting especially since Pilates is my happy place. Her attitude just makes it icky. When she does speak it’s in a tone as if you are irritating her speaking to her or for my case checking in for a back to back class. I’m not expecting full blown conversations, not even asking for a smile or anything like that. it would be nice to be greeted kindly when entering the studio and not feel like a burden to the personnel at the front desk.

  I’ve been coming for about a month now and I love it! The staff is amazing and all instructors are super great and accommodating. The free workshops are always so fun! 10/10 highly recommend

  I can’t say enough great things about Club Pilates in Sugar Hill! From day one, I felt completely welcomed and supported. As a beginner, I was a little nervous getting started, but the instructors make everything feel approachable and encouraging. They take the time to explain movements clearly, offer modifications when needed, and truly pay attention to form and safety. You can tell they genuinely care about helping everyone improve at their own pace. The front desk staff are just as amazing — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with scheduling or any questions. They create such a positive, upbeat atmosphere the moment you walk in. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back. If you’re new to Pilates or looking for a supportive studio with knowledgeable instructors and a welcoming community, Club Pilates in Sugar Hill is the perfect place to start! I Highly recommend!

  I really like the Pilates studio in Sugar Hill. The instructors are amazing — professional, attentive. However, it’s often very hard to book a class. There are usually 5–6 people on the waitlist, and with only 8 classes in my package, it’s difficult to find availability or reschedule when needed.
