- TGTiTi GarrettMay 11, 20263.0I like this studio, they even added more club Pilates parking spot signs! Which I am so grateful for however the young lady at the front desk when you enter has a very unpleasant demeanor. She does not greet or even look up at you when you enter. It’s very off putting especially since Pilates is my happy place. Her attitude just makes it icky. When she does speak it’s in a tone as if you are irritating her speaking to her or for my case checking in for a back to back class. I’m not expecting full blown conversations, not even asking for a smile or anything like that. it would be nice to be greeted kindly when entering the studio and not feel like a burden to the personnel at the front desk.
