- MCMike ConwayAug 26, 20261.0I went to the Sleep Lab in Monroe. I was given a device for monitoring my sleep at home. The device was defective. I went back the next day and was given another device. It seemed to work so the following day I took it to the lab. After not hearing anything for 10 days I called and left a message after being on hold for an extended period of time. I did not receive a call back so I contacted them again after 2 days . I did get to speak to someone who spologized and said they would look into it and call me back. Two days later and still waiting. I cannot recommend this facility for anything except frustration.
