- TTTakesa ToliverSep 8, 20265.0I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Shepherd and his entire team. From the time I walked in to the second I left, everyone was sooo amazing! He was super patient and took the time to explain everything I could expect from the procedure. Dental work is never fun lol, but this office definitely made it A LOT more tolerable with their great service. Hopefully, I don’t ever have to go back…but if I ever needed another root canal, I’d definitely go back to Dr. Shepherd!!!

The entire staff were incredibly nice, and made me feel very welcomed and calm. They even sang me happy birthday! Dr. Shepherd was also amazing, he explained things in a clear and easy to understand method that wasn’t overwhelming. If there was any doctors office to come to on my birthday, I’m grateful it was here.

Dr. Shepherd introduced himself and took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly. He also reviewed my X-rays with me, showing the before images and explaining what he would be doing during the procedure. Afterward, he showed me the results, which I really appreciated. The entire procedure went smoothly, with no excessive pain or discomfort. I’ve had previous root canals that were uncomfortable and ultimately unsuccessful, so I was very pleased with the care and experience I received from Dr. Shepherd and his team.
