  I was in for a consultation referred by my dentist. I was both anxious and not looking forward to it as it was my birthday. The entire staff were incredibly nice, and made me feel very welcomed and calm. They even sang me happy birthday! Dr. Shepherd was also amazing, he explained things in a clear and easy to understand method that wasn’t overwhelming. If there was any doctors office to come to on my birthday, I’m grateful it was here.

  “I had a root canal procedure performed in August 2026 by Dr. Paul Shepherd. Dr. Shepherd and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Shepherd introduced himself and took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly. He also reviewed my X-rays with me, showing the before images and explaining what he would be doing during the procedure. Afterward, he showed me the results, which I really appreciated. The entire procedure went smoothly, with no excessive pain or discomfort. I’ve had previous root canals that were uncomfortable and ultimately unsuccessful, so I was very pleased with the care and experience I received from Dr. Shepherd and his team.   Had an appointment for 2 weeks before they called be a couple days before it telling me they're going to cancel it if I don't pay a deposit over the phone that was never mentioned before. Not a good look for new customers to see

  I had the best experience at this Dentist office. The staff was caring and professional and went out of their way to assist me. Dr. Shepherd was kind and professional and offered me so much information and advice. I would refer anyone I know to this office.

  I called on a Monday and they were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. Jessica at the front office was great, Dr Shepherd was thorough and the assistant was sweet. The only thing that annoyed the mess out of me was I had an appt for an extraction on Friday and I called all day Thursday requesting an email for my X-rays to send to the other facility but Dr Shepherds office never sent the email and I had to push my extraction back another week. Talk about PISSED! Anywho hope I never have to come back but if I do I would possibly consider this office again.
