  Earlier today I had a hearing exam at the Brampton Ave Miracle Ear facility. The person who gave me the exam (Ms. Ellen Helms) was professional, courteous, and very patient with me. (I'm a senior citizen). I highly recommend this location, and the receptionist at the front desk, she also was very pleasant to my wife and myself.. Thank you. Good people, excellent experience. j.   The store and staff , very professional and explained everything in detail. Although my insurance was not in network they didn't pressure me to purchase.

  I went to the Statesboro office for a routine check on my hearing aids. I had moved here from Florida and Lisa was having trouble locating information on my account. But with the tenacity of a bulldog she bit into the problem and did'nt let go of it until she and Wade had all the information they needed to take care of my problem. Definitely a 10 for her hard work.

  The office in Statesboro, Ga. is a great place to get hearing aids. They are always friendly and very helpful.. They also will clean, replace wires, no matter how busy they are. They are great people serving the community very well.
