  I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua and the team at a Men's Health event. Getting out into the community with an impact focus is refreshing. I witnessed a number of stretch sessions and seeing a change in posture and movement result was awesome. I commend them for taking the time to share knowledge and the initiative to show community members solutions for greater comfort in our their skin! 💪🏾 Strong recommendation

  This may be odd coming from someone who may not be a member of Stretch Lab, but I actually met and befriended Nic who works here while working out at the gym! I had some neck pain and wrist pain, and as much as it doesn’t benefit him necessarily - he was incredibly genuine in sharing tips to help me out. Those same tips have really helped some of my friends as well. Stretch Lab is blessed to have Nic! Says a lot about who you guys are.

  Yeonsu has truly been a standout. He takes the time to focus on my specific problem areas, remembers what we worked on previously, and genuinely cares about my progress. That level of attentiveness makes a huge difference. All of Flexologists are friendly. Tim has a top-notch staff -- him included!

  These past few weeks I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sanjiv and honestly it has become one of the highlights of my week. Sanjiv, and the other staff, are all very good at what they do. They honor your body, make sure you’re never experiencing pain, and provide great conversation along the way. Definitely would recommend!
