  I wanted to give an honest review of my experience with this Pure Barre location because, unfortunately, my experience has become increasingly frustrating. When I first decided I wanted to join, they were offering a three-month unlimited membership for $99/month. I tried repeatedly to sign up and get more information, but I could not get anyone to respond. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times. By the time I finally received a response, I had already signed up through ClassPass. My schedule only allows me to attend the 7:00 a.m. classes, and they currently only offer two 7:00 a.m. classes per week. Lately, it has become extremely difficult for ClassPass members to get into those classes. The class will show as full on ClassPass almost immediately when it becomes available at 5:00 a.m., yet when I check the Pure Barre website, there are often still spots available. There have been several occasions where ClassPass says there are no spots and allows me to join the waitlist, while the Pure Barre website shows multiple spots open. , For example, the the Thursday class for this week showed one spot available on the Pure Barre website while ClassPass still showed no availability. I will include screenshots as proof. If ClassPass members are not going to have the same opportunity to book these classes, I honestly feel like the location should reconsider offering those classes through ClassPass. It is frustrating to pay for ClassPass and then consistently be unable to access the classes that fit my schedule, especially when there are clearly open spots. Another reason I have not committed to a Pure Barre membership is that this location does not offer all of the Pure Barre formats. They primarily offer Classic, and there isn’t Empower class at a time that works with my schedule. I still want to incorporate cardio into my workouts, so paying for an unlimited membership at this location doesn’t make sense for me right now. I really enjoy Pure Barre itself, but the way this particular location has been handling ClassPass availability lately has made it difficult to continue attending consistently. I would love to see more transparency and fairness when it comes to ClassPass members and available spots. If a class is truly full, that’s understandable. But when ClassPass says there are no spots while the studio’s own website shows availability, it leaves a very bad impression. I also think it’s important to mention the difference between this location and the Pure Barre studios around Atlanta. The city locations offer all four Pure Barre formats and have much more flexibility when it comes to class times, including options as early as 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. This location has a much more limited schedule, with classes primarily offered at 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., which makes it difficult for people with traditional work schedules to find a class that fits. Another issue I’ve noticed is the number of ClassPass credits required when the classes finally become available. Classes that are typically around 4–5 credits will suddenly be listed at 6, 7, or even 9 credits once they open up to ClassPass members. One time, I initially saw the class listed at 9 credits before it eventually dropped. That feels extremely unfair and inconsistent, especially when other Pure Barre locations in Atlanta are not charging anywhere near that amount for their classes. If the class normally costs 4–5 credits, why does the credit requirement suddenly increase when ClassPass members are finally allowed to book? Hopefully this can be addressed, because I would love to continue attending, but right now I don’t feel comfortable committing to a membership at this location.

  I visited this location a few weeks ago for a free introductory class. The class went well, and I was genuinely interested in becoming a member. After the class, the front desk associate told me they were running a summer promotion: $99 per month for the first three months, paid upfront. After that, the membership would renew at the regular rate of $165 per month. I didn’t mind paying for the three months in advance because I felt it would help keep me accountable. I told her I wanted to think about it overnight and would call the next day. She even mentioned she would be there from 4–7 p.m. if I wanted to stop by or call. The following day, someone from the studio called to ask how I enjoyed the class. She also told me about the same $99 summer promotion. Since I was at work, I told her I would call back later. Life got busy, so I didn’t call until about two weeks later. When I called, I spoke with a different employee and mentioned that I had taken the free class and had been told twice about the $99 promotion. She then told me that the promotion was actually only for returning members. She offered to ask the owner if they would honor it for me, but by that point I declined. After reading some of the other reviews and now experiencing inconsistent information myself, I no longer felt comfortable moving forward. I don’t want to sign up somewhere where I might have to argue over pricing or promotions. Instead, I’ll be joining Club Pilates. It’s unfortunate because I was genuinely planning to become a member here. Losing a potential customer over inconsistent communication is disappointing.

  Barre is a really great work out! I enjoy coming here! Chantel is truly an amazing instructor! She’s so motivating and uplifting! Her classes are always something to look forward to!

  I love coming to my classes. It’s a place where I can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with my body. The instructors do an amazing job, and every class is both challenging and rewarding. Highly recommend! 🙏🏼✨

  PB Snellville is awesome! Everyone that works here is great - the owner, the receptionist, and all of the instructors! Pure Barre gives you a great variety of classes and allows you to work all areas of your body. The cherry on top is it is truly a family-like atmosphere. Try it - you’ll become a Pure Barre addict for sure!
