  First time visiting this place for an eye exam. It was a very nice clean and facility with friendly staff. We had an appointment and they were on schedule. I did fill out the paperwork prior to arrival. They had a new doctor there - Dr. Patel. She was professional and able answer questions regarding the proper care for my diabetic medical condition. I didn’t buy any glasses since my prescription didn’t change but they had a great selection to choose from. Stop by for a pleasant experience.

  Absolutely the worst! I made an appointment for my mother who is confined to a wheelchair. Although, I felt that in 2026, an establishment that provides eye exams should certainly be able to accommodate her, I called a week before and made an inquiry. They assured me that she could be accommodated and I made an appointment and made arrangements for my mother to get there. Less than two hrs prior to the appointment, I received a call stating she could NOT be accommodate led and then LIED stating that they had tried to contact me previously. I am BEYOND outraged.First of all, shouldn’t people in wheelchairs be accommodated per ADA regulations? Also, how awful of them not to let me know this ahead of time. I have to pay for a disability van which is $200 per trip and requires a 24 hr notice for cancellation. This whole experience is UNACCEPTABLE!! It is 2026… DO BETTER FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED COMMUNITY! YOOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

  Today I went to For Eyes in Snellville by chance just to look at their eye glass selection and left there with an order for new glasses and a complete eye examination. The associates there were all very professional and friendly but Faith was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and gained my trust quickly. I would recommend anyone to go to this location. I changed my plans of going to another well known eye glass facility and took my chance with For Eyes and my experience was worth the wait.

  It was terrible due to the receptionist as rude as she can be, when we got here she told us that the visit was going to be g to be virtual , which there is nothing wrong however I had called earlier and she did not say anything then she told us “ if you want re schedule so you can have a technician with you” we took this appt specifically because is Saturday and I work, then we asked a question and she was rude and give me my receipt with a long face she also did not explained that for contact lenses the price was different , I did pay the extra portion however a person like this does not need to work with the public if she does not like it, my daughter was the patient I ama physician and of if I see a nurse treating patient the way this person does NEEDS TO BE OUT, she does not like the public needs to go somewhere else . The tennis that actually performed the tests was wonderful and sweet and it was great with her however the receptionist IS A OERSON NEEDS TO BE OUT
