- CWCeleste Winbush-asheJun 24, 20262.0My exam with Dr Park went well. On the other hand the two ladies at the check in desk was un professional and rude. After my exam the doctor gave my prescription to one of the ladies and I took a seat waiting for the next step. After waiting for 15 minutes I was asked if there was anything else that they could help me with, looking confused I asked what about my prescription and glasses info. One of the ladies apologized stating that she thought I had my prescription, while the other left to obtain it. I looked confused and informed that no one explained the next process after my exam, nor have I been informed of the allotted amount I have for the frames so I can pick them out. I reminded them I was a new customer and the process and my experience at Vision Work was not like pearls vision. After the lady explained the process, it was the same process as Vision Work, but they let me sit there for 15 minutes without saying a word to me. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes until the young man that’s been standing around the two ladies indulge in a conversation while I was sitting around waiting for the next step. I’m so disappointed how unprofessional and rude this staff treated me during my visit. When I return to pick up my glasses I will not be returning to Pearls Vision. An Unhappy Customer, Celestine

- STSamantha TwilleyMar 3, 20261.0This review has nothing to do with the Doctor. The front desk staff were not very friendly and made my kids feel rather uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is always a better way of dealing with customer or potential customers. If there are issues with the insurance or any other conflict there are better ways of handling the situations by not being so rude and impatient. I will not return or recommend this company to anyone. If this is the face of the company then maybe improve on this part so it doesn’t affect the business or the potential customer’s experience.
