The Pilates classes stayed interesting because they regularly incorporated different equipment and exercises. The only downside for me was the atmosphere. The staff and instructors often seemed distant—there wasn’t much greeting, eye contact, or overall friendliness. I’ve been doing Pilates for about three years and have attended three different studios, and this was the least welcoming one I’ve experienced. Also, if you’re thinking about canceling your membership, be sure to plan ahead. Their cancellation policy is pretty strict and requires advance notice (at least two months).
