  Every time I come to the dentist I am greeted with a pleasant smile and treated with respect, care, and discretion. I have had years of experience with Reich and have never had any issues. They are attentive and responsive. In my most recent visits with Jillian and then Elena, they both were very informative and made recommendations on how to get the best out of my dental care needs!!

  Been a patient here for over 20+ years. Always taken very good care of me. Recently chipped a front tooth which traumatized me because it ruined my smile. When I tell you Dr. Simmons restored my tooth and there was no evidence of the tooth being chipped! He was fantastic and excellent chair side manner. I always ask for him now. You won't be disappointed. 💯

  I've been going to the Smyrna location for years and it's always such a pleasant experience with everyone from the front desk, hygienist, doctor, to the checkout personal (Keanna). I've used a couple of their referrals for additional work that was needed, and those offices were just as awesome. Today, I had a great hygienist name Tequila who was super nice and gentle (but thorough) with my cleaning. As always, Dr. Reich was so sweet and helpful with the exam.

  If I could rate 1000/5 I would! I am so happy I came here! I had the best experience ever! The entire staff from the moment I walked into the doors all the way up until I walked out the door. My hygienist Denise was phenomenal, the dental assistant was also so sweet and kind her name was Elena! And the dentist Dr. Simmons very thorough and cared about everything I shared! It’s hard moving to a new dentist because you never know what you will experience, but this was fantastic— can’t wait to come back again! Great team, great staff, great practice! Thank you! 💗 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

  The staff from Reich Dental were all genuine smiles and very comforting. The front desk staff was kind and very informative which began this supportive experience. Yeni the tech initiated the comfort towards the chair with smiles and a very reassuring tone in her voice. The offering of the blanket, pillow and stress ball was a special touch. Dr. Simmons seemed truly dedicated to his craft as he quite thoroughly and carefully cleaned my teeth. My wife loves this place, which says a lot in our home.
