If I could give 0 zero stars, I would. The old white bald head man with tattoos was rude and disgusting. He started cussing for new reason & getting smart at the mouth. Terrible customer service here & I would not recommend

I was in the area and stopped in because I’d run out of my vitamins. The men’s 30+ vitamins I normally buy were priced at $49, with a buy-one-get-one-half-off promotion. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt off. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me with a simple “hello” or “welcome.” Instead, the first thing I got was, “Looking for something?” 👀 The tone and overall demeanor immediately made me feel like there were preconceived notions being made about me before I had even said anything. I asked about the men’s 30+ vitamins and mentioned that I had noticed they were cheaper through GNC’s TikTok Shop. The employee told me they don’t price match but reminded me that the in-store promotion was buy one, get one half off. I simply responded, “That’s okay, thank you.” There was no argument, complaint, or attitude from me whatsoever. What really solidified the experience was his response after that. He turned around, scoffed, and said absolutely nothing else. No “have a good day,” no “thanks for stopping in,” no basic courtesy at all. His attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. As a Black customer, the combination of the initial suspicion, dismissive tone, body language, and complete lack of basic courtesy left me feeling like preconceived notions and racial bias played a role in how I was treated. Obviously, I can’t know what was in someone else’s head, but I can absolutely speak to how differently and unnecessarily uncomfortable the interaction felt. Either way, I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra $25 there. If I’m going to pay more to shop in person instead of ordering online, the bare minimum I expect is basic customer service and respect. This experience gave me neither.

The staff is very helpful, but the prices make it tough to recommend.
