  I had an appointment scheduled for 4:20 PM. I arrived approximately 2 minutes late, but there was already a long line at the front desk, and it took me about another 10 minutes to reach the counter. When I approached the front desk, I politely asked the woman with long red hair, “How are you?” Instead of greeting me professionally, she responded with an attitude, flipped her hair, and said something along the lines of, “I’m here. What do you want?” I explained that I had an appointment, and she simply pointed me in another direction. When I reached the second employee, I was told they could no longer take me because I was more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. I spoke with Brittany, the store manager, who explained that there is only a 5 grace period. I understand that businesses have appointment policies, and I can accept that I was late. My concern is not the policy it is how I was treated. While waiting, I also observed how the front-desk employee interacted with other customers. Her attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and as though customers were beneath her. At one point, she indicated that she owned the place. If that is true, I find the experience even more disappointing because leadership should set the standard for how customers are treated. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me extremely disappointed. Based on the customer service I experienced at the front desk, I cannot recommend this location unless the way customers are treated improves.

  Very disappointed with the follow-up service at LensCrafters. Our daughter had an eye exam on September 5, 2026, and we were told to try the sample contact lenses for one week, then call to let them know how they worked. After a week, we called to confirm that she liked the lenses and requested her prescription so we could place an order. They promised to email it, but nothing arrived. We called once a week for three more weeks, and each time we received the same promise without any follow-through. Today, October 2, we called again and finally received the prescription—nearly a month after her exam. Getting a prescription should not require repeated calls and weeks of chasing. The lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating and unnecessarily delayed our ability to order our daughter’s contact lenses.

  10/10, would recommend! From the moment I walked in, this felt like a glasses commercial. Warm enthusiastic greeting, dancing workers, lots of smiles, a full on dream team ensemble there to help me. I moved here last year from Canada and this was my first experience with vision insurance. LaTisha and N'Jami got me squared away for my appointment and did the first half of the exam, getting me through new tech without having to do eye drops (huge plus in my book!!). Even the air puff test was tolerable in their soothing presence. After finishing the exam, they turned me over to J'nel, who held my hand through the fashion process and helped find me a pair of glasses that fit me, all while she danced and cut up with me, keeping the entire visit relaxing. There was a little technical difficulty, so J'nel finished the process by bringing in Brittanie, the store manager, to share her computer. Brittanie, with her obvious years of customer service shining through her professionalism, has assembled an Avengers level team that meshes very well together, turning an ordinary outing into a fantastic experience from start to finish. This office is located in a strip mall with a couple restaurants and Publix nearby, plenty of parking and easy access. While trying on different pairs of glasses, I was impressed with the clarity and quality of the window cleanings- as someone who has kiddos, I know how hard it is to keep hand prints (and sometimes tongue prints...) off of large windows. No problem here- I could see myself almost as well in the windows as I could in the mirrors! Even with construction happening outside and new pavement being put down, you couldn't see a trace of that in the carpets, which were bright and cleaned to perfection. This store is on point, it must take a LOT of work! It was a very welcoming and impressive experience all around. Although well kept, it is a little dated inside and couldn't hurt from a little remodeling to match the teams energy. Overall, just a very pleasant experience. I look forward to taking my kids soon for their own experience and getting to enjoy the vibes in there again. Thank you Brittanie and team!

  After leaving a wonderful review ,I now find I was misled by the staff Benji ,blonde lady at the desk both promised my new glasses before the 9th now I find out from a very unpleasant lady on the phone it takes 7 10 days if i had known that I would have gone somewhere else. DR JAY I'm very disappointed. I may have to void this sale with my credit card since I'm unable to trust your establishment
