The staff is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, providing excellent guidance in the choice of lenses and frames. My favorite place for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. I highly recommend them based on 10 years of excellent experience with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Jay Jackson definitely has Asperger or some social anxiety disorder rather diagnosed or undiagnosed, acts nervous and mumbles a lot. But today he must have forgotten his medication. Following my 12 year old’s eye exam, I proceeded to ask my son a question regarding his vision. Dr. Jackson rudely interrupted my son’s response, and raised his mumbly voice to ask if I’d heard his diagnosis and proceeded to repeat what he’d already told me before storming out of the exam room to retrieve my son’s prescription. After Dr. Jackson’s tantrum, I was able to again ask my Son the question I intended, and received the answer that only he could have given me, since they’re his eyes after all. My son even picked up on Jackson’s tone and interruption and asked if everything was alright. Typically Dr. Jackson is meh pleasant, but his behavior this morning was downright disgusting. I’m not paying to be disrespected. I will continue to use LensCrafters ONLY because their frame selection is unmatched. However, I will not return to this location. Hope his day gets better…
