- PFphilip francoJan 12, 20265.0I had my left knee replaced on Thursday 1/8/2026 and engaged the services of Home Instead Savannah to help me transition back home for recovery. I was fortunate to meet 3 absolutely wonderful people who were very patient and caring. They were also very easy to chat with and we shared stories of our lives and that interaction was really a nice experience. One of the health aids drove me to do grocery shopping, run misc errands, prepared meals, did exercises with me and really anything else I needed to make my physical limitations bearable. If you or a loved one needs this type of person to assist, then I would highly recommend Home Instead Savannah

The staff (especially Shannon) went out of their way to line up care in a very short timeframe, dealing with a lot of last-minute changes on our end, and the caregivers were wonderful. If we were to need this type of help again, we would absolutely go back to them again without hesitation.
- CGColleen GAug 4, 20205.0Very professional...can speak to someone 24/7. Let us know the schedule in advance and if they needed to change they let us know that, too. They also worked with us to identify caregivers that were a good fit for us. Better service then other agency that charged more. Home Instead has Covid-19 procedures in place and they offer training to their caregivers. They understand the importance of communication.
