That was quickly dispelled as Aaron listened to my mother with complete understanding and respect to the hearing problems she described. He answered all questions with confidence and kindness. He gave her options tailored to her specific hearing loss. The business model is tailored to make it easy for the customer to try several aids to find the best fit and results. Subsequent visits are no charge, so there is no reason for my mother to hesitate, EVER, to get an aid that works.
