I wanted to share my experience with StretchLab Sandy Springs so others are aware. I purchased a prepaid package for stretch sessions and unfortunately experienced ongoing issues with how my account was handled. I was given incorrect information multiple times about how many sessions I had remaining and had to repeatedly follow up to get this corrected. Eventually, the staff acknowledged the mistake. In addition, I was charged $49 for a session that should have already been covered under my prepaid package. This charge was later admitted as an error and refunded. Due to these repeated issues, I lost confidence in how my account and billing were being managed. I canceled my final appointment in advance and requested a refund for my remaining unused session, but that request was denied. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected after purchasing a prepaid service. I hope the business improves its billing accuracy and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.

Can’t speak to the quality of the stretch and service yet. I booked an introductory 50 min session for 3 pm and the employee never showed up. It was already 3:20 pm so I cancelled. The manager was nice and apologetic but did not have someone else available (or did not offer someone else) when the employee said she was “running late”. I’ll give them one more shot. Update: Have had 4 additional sessions without an issue. Amanda is great. Flexibility is improving.
