The class was challenging, and Arch is great at explaining the poses and, most importantly, encouraging the students—which is super important when you feel like you're astrally projecting out of your body. Pro tip: wear those 90s-style headbands and pack your electrolytes. You will feel so much lighter after sweating all of your toxins and negative thoughts OUT!

However, it was my first week in this studio and I felt EXTREMELY unwelcome with the complete lack of interest front desk showed during check out and after. The actual members in the studio were much more welcoming. Truly sad to see, from another yoga teacher. Teaching YOGA without encompassing the principles of yoga just seems like a gross attempt at turning a spiritual practice into a money making initiative
