  I didn't like the experience. I had 2 accounts and they charged us extra lessons eve though we had extra credits. I didn't get response during the whole week on this even though I tried to reach anyone from the team during 10 days.

  The class was okay, I would patronize this company not necessarily this location and the staff was fine, it's the shopping center itself a lil chaotic.

  I have went to intro class and I was very honest that Im trying different studios to see what fits most for me. On my way out I was held at the door for 30mins by them trying to convince me I have to sign up for another class or package deal and pay them for it. No matter how many times I tried to tell them politely that once I make my choice I will call, schedule online or come back to the studio. I understand that sales is their job, yet that overly forceful energy was definitely a big red flag. Ever since then I have been harassed by them calling me at least twice a day every day and even if I dont answer they just wont stop, wont take a hint. I wish someone warned me that them getting my phone number will lead to this. Not only I blocked them, I will never even consider stepping my foot into establishment again. Its beyond being ignorant, at this point its simply disrespectful. Oh and let me mention that before my class I tried to call them multiple times and nobody would answer. Probably was too busy harassing someone else..

  I had great time attending the Pilates classes, but studio has recent management changes, and things start looking too expensive for the experiences and services. I switched to LifeTime: has variety of classes and upscale options for about the same monthly unlimited fee, and customer service is remarkably friendlier. Customer service in Sandy Springs could be summarized as: pretty much whatever you ask, the answer is going to be a "NO", if not now, then later, and all your concerns are going to be completely dismissed and devalued. Not my cup of tea to take during my free time :) Life is too short :) Good luck bossing customers and charging boutique prices!!!

  Another great morning with LaKisha. Man, she is working hard on our strength and balance and knows how to build from class to class. Not easy but I love that she believes in us. Great worth! (And infectious morning energy!)
