I’m a new patient with Dr. Wyngad. I’d give her and her support staff my highest recommendation.
Dr. Wingad listened to my problem with food collecting between 2 back teeth. For at least 3 years I’ve needed to use a dental pick to remove the food that accumulated every time I’d eat something. Sure plunging the small pick removed the food but it was embarrassing to do at the table, especially when eating at a restaurant.
But I put up with it and kept buying the dental picks thinking there was nothing else that I could do. But I was wrong.
When I went to see Dr. Wingad for the first time last year I told her about my situation. I’ve kept my teeth in good shape over my 65 years, and really expected high marks after her initial evaluation. Everything looked fine but Dr. Wingad pointed out that the years of plunging that dental pick between my 2 molars, was not only wearing off tooth enamel, it was also causing my gums to recede.
Dr. Wingad had a solution. One of the molars causing the food to collect had an old crown that needed to be replaced. She said she not only could make the new crown right then on-site (no temporary and wait for the crown to be made) but that she would reconfigure the crown just slightly so that no food would collect in that area.
I was impressed. Not only did Dr. Wingad have a solution, she shared it with one of her team members, exactly what she wanted to do, so that person knew the plan as well.
I explained that I didn’t have the time to do the work right then. She said fine, whenever you’re ready.
A few months later I returned for the procedure. It was easy, it was painless, and Dr. Wingad was a good communicator. Not chatty but just enough to be reassuring. When I left her office, I got in my car and had to check that area between those 2 molars. The dental pick would not fit, Dr. Wingad had closed the gap. I threw that dental pick away and I haven’t used one since.
Dr. Wingad will be checking my gums on my next visit. But so far it appears that space is not as ‘flat’ and hopefully my gums will advance and ‘grow’ back.
I never write reviews, but Dr. Wingad’s work deserves my time to explain what a perfect job she did. And this was not your typical dental procedure. It was tricky but she handled it with complete confidence and skill.
I would give Dr. Wingad the highest recommendation. If you’re looking for a regular professional dentist or if your have an unique problem requiring a creative solution, Dr. Wingad is hands-down the one to see. She will be my dentist for life.

Wonderful service. Jerilyn is a great hygienist. Her recommendation to use armor baking soda toothpaste has brighten up my teeth so much.

Jillian was great and patient with me during my cleaning. She worked with the front desk to inquire about my insurance and their refusal yo cover a deep cleaning.
Fran also provided excellent patient assisting with my implant.
Absolute worst dental experience I’ve had. One visit was enough. I will not be returning.
The hygienist and front office staff were very kind, but the dentist did not introduce herself, which set the tone for an impersonal and uncomfortable visit. I believe it may have been Dr. Reich, but I cannot be certain. I’m sure there are excellent dentists within their network given the number of locations.
What stood out most, however, was something I noticed too late. Many negative reviews are met with long, defensive responses from the office that shift blame onto patients and disclose personal details. That lack of professionalism and discretion is concerning in a healthcare setting.
I recommend others proceed with caution, especially at the Woodstock location.
Based on the office’s pattern of responding to negative reviews, I expect a detailed public response reframing my experience.
