  Have been a client at this location for about 4 years now, and have gone thru several pairs of glasses for my teenage son. Service has always been quick and painless. Vivianne and David are caring professionals, have been proactive to find and recommend frame styles that most closely aligned with our previously ordered ones when the old ones were no longer being made, and have been very gracious with the repair service, even for minor things. Highly recommend this location and staff.

  Had a great experience at Pearl Vision today! I was welcomed quickly as a walk-in by the receptionist, Ian, and Nat, the technician, was kind and professional. Dr. R. Chopra was attentive, thorough, and very nice. David and Viviane were amazing in helping me select the perfect frames. They worked so well together, made the process fun, helped me navigate my insurance, took my measurements, and even made me laugh along the way. I left feeling well taken care of and with the perfect frames. Highly recommend this team!

  I left three frames at this store to replace the lenses, including an expensive designer frame and was charged $740 in advance. Almost two months later, and having to return two frames because the wrong lenses were installed (distance correction vs reading lenses), the store can’t find my frames. The service quality at this store is terrible.
