  I’ve been ordering my contacts from this location for the past year, and I’ve always had a great experience. Ian is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My contacts are consistently delivered quickly, and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend this location!

  The company is unprofessional, unhelpful, and filled with inconsistent information. Staff were often rude and condescending, and there was a complete lack of accountability when issues arose. Promises to follow up or “call back” were repeatedly made and never honored. Patients should not have to chase down answers or deal with avoidable mistakes the company caused. I will be changing eye care providers immediately to a practice that values professionalism, communication, and competence.

Even though she was very busy, she took the time to assist both my husband and me, making sure all of our questions were answered.   I had a terrific experience at Pearle Vision in Roswell! From the moment I arrived, the office felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organized. Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless, parking was easy, and there was very little downtime throughout my visit. The doctor was exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to providing personalized care. The staff was congenial, professional, and patient, taking the time to answer questions and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was also impressed by the extensive selection of frames, making it easy to find options that fit both my style and needs. What stood out most was the combination of expertise and patience demonstrated by everyone in the office. Their focus on helping patients see better and live better was evident in every interaction. It is clear that this team is dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care while creating a positive, patient-centered experience.   Dr. Chopra was very detailed and answered all questions asked. I then had to pick my first pair of glasses ever. Netae was absolutely amazing! She made my first experience very seamless. She provided great detail and frames that would be a good fit for me.
